A full time (37.5 hours) opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Worker to join our company in High Wycombe.
Shifts are allocated Monday to Sunday and working hours incorporating a shift pattern of earlies, mid shifts, and late shifts. Will include weekend and bank holiday working.
Annual Salary: £ 29,000 – rising to £29,610 after a successful 6-month probation period.

We are seeking a Senior Support Worker who has experience working with adults with physical and learning disabilities. You must be determined, empathetic and committed to making a difference to our service users’ lives.
The role is to work in collaboration with the Service Manager and Team Leader within our Residential Service, supporting young adults.
If you have at least 1 years’ experience providing support to staff, and also providing emotional, educational, and physical support to service users, acting as a role model treating service users with respect, dignity, and equality, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll need, to be a member of the team:
· Experience providing support to people with autism and learning difficulties;
· Care Qualification - Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Desirable);
· Good standard of literacy and numeracy skills;
· Ability to report on service user’s condition, in a clear concise manner, written & verbally;
· Good hygiene and infection control skills;
· Experience in a supervisory role (1 year);
· Good IT skills;
· Technical competence with the Microsoft Office package (Word / Excel / Outlook);
