We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Waiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and bartending practices. As a Bartender/Waiter, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages & food and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and restocking as necessary.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Monitor guest behaviour to ensure a safe environment and intervene when necessary.
- Serve guests food & beverages in the restaurant. Either breakfast shift or dinner service.
Skills
- Proficient in bartending techniques and knowledge of various drink recipes.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Understanding of food safety standards relevant to the preparation and serving of beverages.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £10.00-£12.76 per hour
