Flexible Morning Cleaner – £14 per hour | Staploe
Silvertone Cleaning Company is looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team, working at a local events venue in Staploe.
£14 per hour
6:30am start
Shifts typically 2.5–6 hours
Monday–Friday as required, plus occasional weekends
Due to the nature of the venue, working hours vary depending on the events schedule. There are busier periods with more shifts available and quieter periods when fewer hours are required.
We’re therefore looking for someone who is comfortable with a flexible working pattern rather than fixed weekly hours.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for helping ensure the venue is cleaned and presented to a high standard, ready for events and guests.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual – the 6:30am start is essential
- Thorough and has a good eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with their availability Monday–Friday
- Available for occasional weekend shifts
- Able to drive and has access to their own vehicle
- Happy to collect a fellow cleaner on the way to the venue – this is directly on the route and does not require an additional detour
Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage, but reliability, attention to detail and a positive attitude are just as important.
