Summary

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Afterschool Club Manager to join our dedicated team, supporting children aged 411 during our afterschool provision. As our Afterschool Club Manager, you will:
- Create a safe, stimulating and fun environment for children after the school day
- Plan and deliver a variety of engaging activities (arts & crafts, games, sports, etc.)
- Encourage positive behaviour and friendships
- Assist with preparing snacks and supervising mealtimes
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the wellbeing of every child
- To liase with parents
In addition, the successful candidate will provide administrative support within the school office for approximately one hour each morning. Duties will include assisting with pupil attendance processes, maintaining attendance records, and supporting the preparation and submission of meal and snack reports. Working closely with the school office team, the postholder will help ensure accurate record-keeping and the smooth running of daily administrative procedures.
To implement safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.
