Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
- Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
- Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
- Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
- Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing whilst providing emotional support and companionship
- Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Warm, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about care
- Committed to person-centred support
- Excellent communicators and team players
- Care work experience is preferred but not essential
- Good work ethics, honest, reliable, caring, good teamwork and responsible
