Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of construction site operations. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Manager, you will coordinate between teams, manage resources effectively, and uphold safety protocols to deliver exceptional results. Your leadership will drive project success and foster a collaborative environment on-site.
Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to optimize productivity and maintain high safety standards
- Utilize FONN project management software to develop schedules, monitor progress, and update timelines regularly
- Oversee all design and to support project requirements
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on progress to stakeholders consistently
- Lead meetings with clients, contractors, and team members to communicate updates, resolve issues, and align project goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site management with a strong understanding of M&E engineering principles
- CSCS Site manager card, first aid.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and solve problems proactively
