Running Paper is an AI marking platform for schools. We help teachers mark student work faster and more consistently, giving them back time and giving pupils better feedback. We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Success Associate to join our team and be the primary point of contact for the schools that use Running Paper. In this role you will make sure our schools receive exceptional support and get the most out of the platform. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine desire to build long term relationships with the schools in their care. Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between schools and Running Paper, providing timely and effective support.
- Understand each school's needs and help them get the most value from the platform.
- Support schools through onboarding, training, and ongoing use of Running Paper.
- Resolve queries and issues promptly, escalating more complex cases to the relevant part of the team when needed.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Work closely with the wider team to share school feedback and help improve the product.
- Spot opportunities to help schools benefit from more of what Running Paper offers.
- Contribute to helpful resources such as FAQs, guides, and tutorials that make it easier for schools to get started and succeed.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to empathise with people and take a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team in a fast moving environment.
- Confidence picking up new software and digital tools.
- Prior experience in a customer service or customer success role is welcome but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
