We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our professional cleaning team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Ensure all areas are hygienic, tidy, and meet health and safety standards.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed.
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain the cleanliness of storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety policies at all times during cleaning activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
