Hyundai Sales Executive (Bedford)
Motorvogue is a forward-thinking and growing automotive retail group representing a wide range of leading brands across six locations. Our franchises include Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroën, Peugeot, Omoda and Jaecoo, with dealerships in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich and Bury St Edmunds. Our sixth site opened in Dunstable in April 2024, reflecting our continued growth and development.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to work with and represent the fantastic Hyundai brand. Hyundai are at the forefront of automotive technology and a class leader in EV vehicles. With an ever-increasing market share its a really exciting time to be strengthening our relationship with the brand. Currently we have three Hyundai sites within our group, based at Dunstable, Bedford and Norwich.

Our working pattern is 5.5 days average (5-days week 1 and 6-days week 2), including weekends.
You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.

About you
You will be polite, articulate and exceptionally well presented, to meet and always exceed brand standards. You will be used to following a process and will be happy to embrace all training provided for you to allow you to succeed in your role.
You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bedford and have a full driving licence which has no more than 6 penalty points.
About the position
You’ll be confident, keen to learn and willing to work hard. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to develop your skills working with an exciting product. A large part of the Sales Executive position involves:
- Managing relationships with your customers including keeping in regular contact with them about our products.
- Prospecting for new customers by telephone and maintaining your own enquiry database.
- Maintaining product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards
- About our requirements
We expect our new Sales Executives to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Customer service.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Full driving license
- Remuneration
We provide a basic salary of £25,000 with a company car provided. Realistic OTE of £40,000 but this is uncapped - our highest earners achieved over £50,000!
