Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to plan and manage the delivery of the planned maintenance works in the North and Central Regions based in our offices in Huthwaite you will be supporting the Framework Manager by leading the co-ordination of the delivery of the Framework
Duties
- Operational leadership of all engineering project delivery activities.
- Direct management of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
- Responsible for achieving project delivery KPIs, programme performance and margin targets.
- Oversight of multiple concurrent projects and framework contracts.
- Responsible for labour planning and operational resource utilisation.
- Key contributor to annual business planning and budgeting.
- Senior representative for client and stakeholder engagement.
- Accountable for operational SHEQ performance across the business unit.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Significant experience managing engineering, MEICA, civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience leading Project Managers and delivery times
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Experience managing project portfolios and operational performance
- Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience managing operational budgets and forecasts
- Strong planning, organisational and resource management skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Full UK drivers license
Desirable
- Degree, HNC or HND in Engineering Construction Management or similar discipline
- APMP, APM, PMQ or PRINCE2 qualification
- SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
- Experience within the UK Water industry
- Knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience working within framework environments
