JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactive and reactive painting and decorating.
- Be able to respond to changes in job priorities at short notice.
- Be responsible for repairs and surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings front and back of house areas, and hotel rooms.
- Wallpapering skills
- Participate with maintenance shift Rota pattern as and when required.
- Be confident in completing any other reasonable task as required.
- A dedicated focus towards guest experience, ensuring our hotel facilities always meet the standards promised.
- A competent ‘hands on’ person who will ensure fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and assures any defects are corrected promptly.
- Weekend cover as needed.
