- Assisting with general office administration, including calls and emails
- Helping with marketing tasks, such as articles, updates, or online content
- Ensuring work is carried out carefully and in line with firm procedures
Full training and support will be provided, but the successful applicant will be expected to take ownership of matters once trained.
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to manage several tasks at once
- Careful and accurate, with excellent attention to detail

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Professional, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to work independently once trained
- Passionate about providing excellent client service
The most important qualities are enthusiasm, organisation, accuracy, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in law, property, administration, or customer service would be useful, but it is not essential.
