Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This dynamic role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to help drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately within systems such as QuickBooks and other administrative platforms
- Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and logistical coordination for meetings or company functions
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents
- Support general office operations by managing supplies inventory, processing invoices, and executing clerical duties as needed
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for financial record keeping
- Demonstrated administrative experience with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven office experience with adept data entry abilities and clerical expertise
- Exceptional typing speed combined with accurate data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: £25,420.00-£57,708.64 per year
