Breakfast cook- 2-3 mornings a week. 6.30am start
We are a charming 20, soon to be 33 -room boutique hotel known for warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings and exceptional guest experiences.
About the role:
You will be responsible for preparing and serving high quality breakfasts for our hotel guests each morning, ensuring excellent presentation, freshness and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast - oven roasted English breakfast and continental
- Set up will be mainly done but need to add a few placements.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Manage stock levels and basic kitchen prep
- Provide friendly service when interacting with guests
What we are looking forward:
- Previous breakfast cook experience is essential
- Good time management and the ability to work early mornings as start times will be 6.30am
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards
- Apositive, reliable and team focused attitude
- Ability to work overtime to cover holidays
