Support Worker – Mental Health & Learning Disabilities
£14.00 per hour | Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual. This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to individuals with Mental Health needs or Learning Disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and be able to administer medication
- Support individuals to develop and maintain independent living skills
- Encourage and support participation in community activities and social events
- Observe, document, and report any changes in behaviour or health
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use the computer to complete documents
- A compassionate, patient, and caring nature
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Right to work in the UK
