Celtic Green Energy are a leading Renewable Energy Installer in South Wales and are recruiting a Web developer with digital media marketing skills to compliment our growing team to help us to deliver Renewable Energy installations throughout Wales to both commercial and domestic clients.
We are looking for a candidate who knows the platforms inside out and has experience of developing strategy, creating targeted content, building engagement, networking/relationship building and generating leads for the Sales Team.
They must have a proven track record of managing the various different platforms for business - and specialise in this area - developing high-value content with engagement to match and producing tangible outcomes in terms of generating sales leads and business development.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the latest updates and algorithm changes on the different platforms and be constantly monitoring for the latest trends, features and statistics to inform our strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of a Social Media strategy for the company
- Day-to-day management of the platform including:
- Producing tailored content
- Posting and scheduling
- Moderation
- Responding to DMs
- Relationship building/networking
- Building sales leads
- Keeping up to date with all the latest updates, features and statistics on the platform
- Weekly reporting - engagement figures, sales leads and conversions
Requirements:
- Expertise in working on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Google for business development
- Excellent copywriting skills - specifically for social media
- Up to date with all the latest features/algorithm changes
- Great customer service skills
- Expert in relationship building and converting to sales leads
- Interest in the Renewable Energy sector
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and other digital channels
- Monitor and analyse website analytics and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence across all digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with B2B/B2C and e-commerce objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
E-commerce Optimisation: Oversee and optimize the functionality, user experience, and product listings on our Woocomerce-based e-commerce platform.
SEO and SEM: Implement and manage robust search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and attract qualified B2B clients and online shoppers.
Content Marketing: Lead content creation efforts, including product descriptions, blog posts, videos, and case studies, aimed at educating and engaging our target audience.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, enhance customer engagement, and boost e-commerce sales.
Social Media Management: Develop and maintain social media accounts, generating compelling content to promote brand visibility, engage with customers, and enhance brand loyalty.
Paid Advertising: Strategically create and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyse performance data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments.
