vServices Ltd is looking for a lead graphic designer. The desired candidate will be responsible for supervising the work of other graphic designers and managing complete team co-ordination for execution of fresh designs. He/She will be required to continuously interact with clients to determine their needs and to communicate client idea to other team members.
Education – Bachelor’s degree
Experience – 4-5 years in Graphics industry
Key Responsibilities
To create original designs for brands that match client requirement and brand image.
To supervise all graphic design projects in timely manner with best possible results.
To manage material and other resources delivery for projects in cost effective and time effective manner with complete focus to total quality management and proper allocation.
To create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing
To design product marketing campaigns using emails, micro sites and other landing pages to help our clients improvise their customer interaction.
To co-ordinate with other members of graphic design teams to ensure maximized creativity and efficient performance and delivery of projects.
To supervise and mentor design staff on project execution, and submit performance report on assigned projects to the executives for appraisal.
Competencies
Creative with the ability to make topnotch designs from the scratch
Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and color theory
Have good information finding skills
Competent in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other design software programs
Ability to demonstrate multi tasking skills in limited time framework
Good managerial skills to co-ordinate with and keep team members on one page.
