We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll take ownership of daily warehouse performance, drive operational excellence, and ensure our teams deliver consistently high service levels.
You Will
- Lead and inspire a diverse warehouse team, driving standards
- Keep operations running smoothly and efficiently
- Champion safety and wellbeing across the site
- Use data and Microsoft tools to make smart operational decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver outstanding customer service
- Effectively manage KPIs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring your team meets targets through constant monitoring and feedback
- Implement and maintain health and safety and food safety requirements, fostering a culture of compliance and vigilance
