Trainee Bench-Hand Joiner
Mozolowski & Murray are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our workshop team as a Trainee Bench-Hand Joiner.
The successful candidate should have previous woodworking experience and a genuine interest in developing a career in joinery. Working alongside our experienced bench-hand joiners, you will receive practical, on-the-job training in the manufacture and assembly of high-quality bespoke timber products.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of timber products
- Using woodworking tools, machinery and equipment
- Reading and working from drawings and measurements
- Preparing, cutting and finishing timber components
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Developing joinery skills under the guidance of experienced team members
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous woodworking or workshop experience
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Good attention to detail and pride in their workmanship
- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A reliable and positive attitude
- An awareness of workshop health and safety
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in woodworking who would like to develop their skills and progress towards becoming a fully trained Bench-Hand Joiner.
Pay: £600.00 per week
