Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant – Wrexham
Excell Supply are recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning needs across schools in Wrexham.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities.
- Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Experience supporting individuals with SEN is advantageous.
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
