Duties
- Handling calls
- Resolve queries with customers including checking stock of products and providing ETA's on delivery dates
-Answering email and web chat queries promptly
- Raising quotes
- Stock inventory checks
-Additional tasks to assist others
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Confidence using Outlook and CRM systems
- Quick thinkers who enjoy solving problems
-Friendly and approachable
-Must be fluent in English
Hours
9am - 2pm
Monday -Friday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
