No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. What matters most is a positive attitude, practical ability, and a willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with all aspects of campervan conversions
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- Working from customer specifications to create bespoke builds
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and adapting to the unique challenges each conversion presents
What we're looking for:
- Good basic common sense and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail and quality
- Practical and hands-on approach to work
- Confidence using power tools (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Physically fit and able to work in and around vehicles
- A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
