We have an opportunity for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to join an established in-house maintenance company based in Chiswick, specialising in construction, property maintenance and architectural design.
Please note: this is a static position, so no company van is provided. However, parking is available on site.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general carpentry and joinery works across residential properties
- Installing, repairing and maintaining internal doors, including door fitting and hanging
- Installing and repairing skirting boards, architraves, frames, mouldings and other timber features
- Carrying out wall coating and finishing works
- Constructing and altering partition walls, including studwork and associated finishes
- Undertaking residential renovations and refurbishment projects from preparation through to completion
- Carrying out wall tile replacement and repair, including preparation and finishing
- Completing general building works, including plastering, patch repairs, and associated remedial tasks
- Carrying out full and partial property refurbishments to a high standard
- Undertaking general handyperson and property maintenance duties
- Identifying defects and carrying out appropriate repairs and remedial works
- Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance and construction team
