kitchen Assistant
TOGETHER, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR · £14.50 per hour
Where belonging is designed. Through clarity, care and calm delivery.
About TOGETHER
TOGETHER is a human-first space, designed for how people come together. Built on hospitality, clarity and care, we create the conditions for connection to happen properly. Calm on the surface. Rigorous underneath.
How the space feels is made of small things done well. The welcome. The coffee that never runs out. The room that's ready before anyone asks for it. That's the work.
The role
As a Hospitality Assistant, you'll support the quality, consistency and rhythm of everything a client sees, touches, tastes and remembers.
What you'll do
- Support the venue team through the day: meet and greet, cloakroom, keeping the grab-and-go coffee areas full, serving food and drink properly.
- Set rooms and reset them, so the next thing is ready before it's needed.
- Work to food safety, hygiene and health standards. Without exception.
- Work closely with the events and operations teams on dietary requirements and client preferences.
- Keep the day moving. Notice what's needed before you're asked.
About you
- You care about service, and you notice detail.
- Some experience in a high-quality hospitality or events environment.
- Some knowledge of food safety and hygiene. A Basic or Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate is useful, not essential.
- Organised and steady across several events and formats in a day.
- You understand that how a room feels is part of someone's whole experience of it.
Why TOGETHER
- A considered, design-led space where quality is the standard, not the ambition.
- A small, experienced team that values clarity, collaboration and doing things properly.
- Real hospitality in a professional setting, done the way it should be.
If you think good events should feel effortless, and you know how much work that takes, we'd like to hear from you.
