We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Trainee to join our growing team in Nottingham.

Your Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you'll:
- Participate in a structured graduate development programme across key business functions.
- Support daily operations while learning business processes and best practices.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and delivering business projects.
- Analyse operational data and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and performance.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support managers with project coordination and administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate initiative in achieving objectives.
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through practical experience.

Previous internship, placement, volunteering, retail, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
