About The Role
As a Property Services Surveyor, your primary responsibilities will involve carrying out damp and repair inspections in tenanted properties and recommending and arranging appropriate solutions. You will oversee customer permission requests and will liaise with key stakeholders on day-to-day repairs. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our properties, as well as the seamless ordering and procurement of necessary materials.
Additionally, your support to the Operational Manager will be essential in coordinating and executing maintenance projects efficiently. About You
The Operations Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking a whole range of maintenance surveys.
You will need to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, identifying repair requirements, preparing reports and schedules of work, reporting and logging repairs, ordering materials, etc.
This is a customer facing role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills, a committed team approach, and a thorough understanding of current building practices in what is a fast moving repairs and maintenance environment.
