We are looking to grow our team and have vacanies for a Senior Stylists and Stylists to join our team.
We are looking for somebody who is professional, happy, committed to the hair industry, creative and reliable. We offer a first class service to our clients and have developed an amazing loyal client following. We are a busy salon so the ability to remain calm under pressure and work using initiative is key.
You must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 standard and have at least 4 years (Senior role) and 12 months (Stylist role) post qualifying professional salon floor experience. You will have a particular passion for colour and be current and up to date with the latest trends and techniques. We believe in a tailored approach to hairdressing and our high standards demand the finest products, which is why we work with the most prestigious ranges. Experience in hair extensions preferable but not essential.
You will be expected to ensure that clients receive an outstanding level of service and attention, from client consultation through to creative hair design. All staff are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the salon throughout the working day
You will need-
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and strong communication skills, both oral and written with an attention to detail
- Strong commitment to working with team members and training
- Capable of working on own initiative with / without supervision
- A calm and discreet manner towards all clients and staff
- Good organisational skills and an excellent timekeeper
- Present a professional and positive image at all time
- Minimum qualification NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing
