What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting people to live independently in their own homes
- Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Assisting with medication and meal preparation
- Helping with shopping, laundry, and light household tasks
- Encouraging wellbeing, confidence, and social connection
- Supporting individuals to achieve their goals and enjoy life
- Being a friendly, reassuring presence when it matters most
No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding.
Full-Time Opportunities Available
Enjoy a varied and rewarding work pattern with a combination of:
- Early Shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
- Late Shifts: 4:00pm – 10:30pm
You'll also work alternate weekends as part of a planned rota.
What We're Looking For
You don't need previous care experience—just the right values.
We're looking for people who are:
- Caring, kind, and dependable
- Excellent communicators
- Passionate about helping others
- Committed to delivering outstanding care
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle
- Happy to complete a DBS check (fully funded by us)
