We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Nurse / Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team in Bromley.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (required)
- Experience is essential working with children aged 0-5
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- A warm, nurturing approach with a genuine love for supporting children’s development
- Previous experience working in an early years setting
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5
- Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual needs
- Supporting children’s physical, emotional, and educational development
- Building strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently maintained
