Salary: £15.00 – £16.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x (over 37.5 hours)

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Litho Press Operator (No.2) to support and work alongside our lead operator on a Komori S29 B2 5 Colour + Coater.
This is a key role within the press team, suited to someone who already understands litho processes and wants to step up into a more senior position over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of the Komori S29 B2 5 Colour Press + Coater
- Support makereadies, wash-ups and efficient job changeovers
- Maintain high standards of colour accuracy, registration and consistency
- Work with CMYK, Pantones and a wide range of coated and uncoated stocks
- Monitor press performance and help troubleshoot issues
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient press environment
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years lithographic printing experience
- Experience working on B2 or similar sheetfed presses
- Good understanding of colour control, ink balance and print quality
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Experience with Komori presses or coating units is advantageous but not essential.
Working Hours
Rotating double day shift (weekly rotation):
- 6:00 – 13:30
- 13:30 – 21:00
- Monday to Friday
