The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our London Brand Store. This is a flexible zero-hours position, ideal for someone looking for adaptable working hours in a fast-growing international brand.
As the face of Pig & Hen, you'll create memorable shopping experiences by welcoming customers, sharing the story behind our brand, and helping them find the perfect piece for themselves or as a gift. You'll also support the day-to-day running of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management and maintaining our premium store presentation.
About You
You're an energetic and approachable person who enjoys connecting with people. You take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and understand that every interaction is an opportunity to build a lasting relationship with our customers.
You'll also have:
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- A passion for jewellery, fashion and lifestyle brands.
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
