Job Overview
The Business Development Exec will be responsible for achieving set KPI’s around the delivery of identifying new business and delivering a strong sales pipeline. You will be required to generate new opportunities to which you will present our solutions and convert them into new clients within the SME market.
Supporting the sales function to help reach the overall new sales and business objectives for the brand building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
· Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
· Conduct discovery calls and meetings to qualify leads and understand prospect needs
· Deliver compelling pitches and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients
· Maintain accurate pipeline records.
· Collaborate with marketing, product, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience
· Share market and competitor insights to help shape BD strategy and messaging
· Targeting new clients within the SME market within no set geographical territory to include email, telephone prospecting, and local networking.
· Building successful relationships with SME clients.
· Consistently seeking new business opportunities with SMEs
· Create own business plan within overall framework.
· Identify prospects and define contact programme within set parameters.
· Arrange prospect appointments for CEO and where applicable and undertake visits.
· Identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs.
Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
