St Barts Finance YBS Ltd – Building Society Customer Service Consultant
We have an exciting opportunity within our YBS Salisbury Agency for a self-motivated Customer Service Consultant who is a team player and will be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers to work full time in our agency.
If you are enthusiastic about financial services and enjoy delivering a high quality customer experience, you’ll love working within our agency as a Customer Service Consultant.
We are recruiting for both permanent and temporary staff to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30-16:30) including 1 hour unpaid lunch and two Saturdays per month, time off in lieu will be given for Saturdays worked
We are open to explore job share roles to work 2 or 3 full days per week.

We are an agency of Yorkshire Building Society, who work closely with St Barts Finance. Through great rapport, you will get to know our customers and will present them a variety of services that suit their needs and will help make their money work harder.
You will always strive to go above and beyond and will be an expert in the range of products and services we offer.
You will actively play your part in growing our business by creating well-established client relationships, who come back to us time and time again.
Skills Required:
- A proven track record in delivering a fantastic Customer experience.
- Previous experience of working in customer-facing environment, ideally in a financial services industry or retail finance.
- Experience of building strong relationships with your customers
- Financial Services Industry knowledge (desirable, but not essential as training will be provided).
- Good administration & PC skills
- Excellent team working skills
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent

Salary: £12.21 per hour
