We are seeking a Global Operations Manager – Security to connect and strengthen our regional delivery teams across our Security Services portfolio.
This is a pivotal role focused on driving consistency, quality, and operational excellence across managed security services globally. You will work closely with regional teams and stakeholders to shape how we deliver security services—ensuring a seamless, high-quality and resilient experience for our customers and colleagues.
Operating at the centre of our global delivery model, you will influence service performance, support continuous improvement, and promote standardised ways of working across regions. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating across a globally distributed organisation.
What we need to see from you
You bring strong experience in managed service delivery within a global context, with a solid background in security services and the ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment across teams.
You have confidence building relationships with stakeholders, influencing outcomes, and embedding consistent, high-quality operational practices. A strong understanding of security environments, frameworks, and service delivery models is key, alongside a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
You are motivated by driving operational excellence at scale and enjoy working as part of a globally connected team.
