In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for attendees, providing guidance, maintaining security, and supporting event operations. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and provide clear directions to ensure a positive event experience
- Stewards would need to direct guests to their seats
- Stewards would need to man the fire doors
- Stewards would need to clear up at the end of the concert
- Stewards would, if needed, be there to move staging and chairs until it’s finished which could potentially be a midnight or 1am finish
- Skills
- English as your native language and hold a British passport from birth
- Strong management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Excellent hospitality skills, demonstrating friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness
- Clear communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and emergency personnel.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting or movement tasks
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service in lively environments
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
