Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety standards.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition, recognising any changes that require immediate attention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care activities in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
- Ensure infection control procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory body.
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.

Pay: £21.00-£33.00 per hour
