Assisting in the full cycle (start to finish) of the production of the precast concrete product

Carrying out duties as instructed by the Team Leader/Assistant Production Manager

Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations

Practice safe systems of work at all times

Maintain housekeeping levels to a high stand

Attend training sessions as required

Work to high standard and in accordance with standard operating procedures

Construction/Precast Concrete experience desirable

Self motivated and problem solver

Ability to work in a team and independently

Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure in a busy construction environment

Previous experience in a similar role or working environment is desirable
