Slim Chickens is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated Front of House Team Members to join our growing team in Bury St Edmunds.

What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting every guest with a warm, friendly welcome.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately using our POS system.
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout every visit.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently while ensuring every order meets our quality standards.
- Supporting guests with any questions or requests and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment.
- Processing cash and card payments accurately.
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider restaurant team to ensure smooth service.
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential ,we'll provide full training for the right people.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
