Job Type: Part-time (minimum of 3 days per week initially)
Salary: Competitive and dependent on qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the role, with opportunities for progression based on performance, commitment and continued development.

Responsibilities
As a Renew With Lou Signature Skin & Wellness Therapist, you will:
● Deliver exceptional facial, advanced skin and holistic wellness treatments.
● Carry out thorough consultations and provide personalised aftercare.
● Build genuine, lasting relationships with every client.
● Recommend suitable homecare products where appropriate.
● Maintain outstanding hygiene, cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa.
● Open and close the spa when required.
● Prepare treatment rooms to luxury standards before every appointment.
● Assist with cleaning, laundry, stock management and the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
● Continue learning and developing your skills while contributing ideas that help our business grow.
Desired Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with some or all of the following:
● Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
● Level 4 Microneedling
● Level 4 Chemical Peels
● Reflexology
● Lymphatic Drainage Massage (Face and/or Body)
● Wood Therapy
● Advanced Facial Massage
● Additional massage, holistic or advanced skin qualifications
However, qualifications aren’t everything.
