Main duties and responsibilities
Working as part of the customer service team from our front of house desk, you will keep up to date with business developments to give the most full and accurate information to our guests and have excellent attention to detail. Our Customer Advisors will deal with face-to-face, telephone and electronic enquiries. This position requires flexibility to team and workload requirements as part of the operational team, including early, late and weekend shifts as well as bank holidays.
Skill and experience required
We are looking for a candidate who is personable and able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively. You must be able to use your own initiative, be proactive, work well under pressure, able to work as part of a busy and friendly team and a people person who enjoys the satisfaction of helping others and solving problems. It is also desirable to have gained experience within a call centre or customer service environment.
Qualifications required
Educated to a minimum of GCSE’s grade C/4 or above including Math’s and English, or equivalent. A high level of written and spoken English is also required. A-Level or equivalent industry specific qualifications in hospitality management are desirable.
