Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. Responsibilities

- Organise and delegate daily tasks, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and sales opportunities.
- Manage administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
- Implement organisational policies and procedures consistently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably within retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Administrative experience including report writing and record keeping.
- Professional demeanour with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
