Specsavers are looking to recruit an Apprentice / Trainee Dispensing Optician for our St. Helier store.
The successful candidate will work as a Dispensing Assistant within our retail / dispensing team, and will be trained (via a distance learning course) to become a Dispensing Optician (degree level qualification).
We would expect the candidate to have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades 4 and above, and ideally some further education i.e. A-levels or the vocational equivalent. They will need to be dedicated to studying, and working hard to achieve the qualification, which will be fully funded by Specsavers.
The candidate will join a successful, supportive and busy retail team, which focusses on the delivery of excellent customer care and dispensing excellence to ensure business prosperity.
