Lahat Creative is a marketing, PR and events agency based in Guildford and Winchester. We work with clients across automotive, charity, events and SME sectors, handling their marketing, PR, social media and event management under one roof.
We're hiring a freelance Marketing Assistant to create social content, specifically TikToks, Instagram Reels and short-form video. We have a dedicated person filming and shooting for us, so this role is about making and managing the content, not capturing it.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce TikToks, Instagram Reels and short-form video from supplied footage
- Write captions, hooks and social copy in each client's tone of voice
- Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Track trends, audio and formats, and suggest content ideas
- Respond to comments and messages
- Report on content performance
Requirements
- Proven, demonstrable experience creating short-form social video (portfolio or links required)
- Skilled in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or Canva
- Strong copywriting — captions, hooks and brand tone
- Up-to-date knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends
- Well organised and reliable with deadlines
- Based in, or able to travel to, Guildford, Surrey
- You must be 18 or over, as the work includes evening event coverage and 18+ venues
Desirable
- Agency or multi-client experience
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, Buffer)
- Experience in automotive, motorsport, events or charity sectors
Job details
- Pay: £14.00 per hour
- Hours: approximately 8 per week, flexible and ad hoc, with potential to increase
- Contract: freelance / self-employed (you invoice us and are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance)
- Location: hybrid, with travel to Guildford, Surrey as required
