We are seeking a full -time Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic team.
Salary: £ 31,980 to £33,600 per annum plus tronc
Job Type: Full-time permanent
Working Week: Wednesday to Sunday lunch time - 48hrs a week (Sundays worked in full during peak season May, June, July, August, September)
Job Objectives: Candidates must ensure diners have a positive experience, exhibit excellent customer service skills, greet diners and take their orders, communicate with kitchen team about orders and serving food and beverages to the tables, staying attentive to the need and satisfaction of guests, and performing duties such as table preparation, clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
Characteristics: a team player, great communicator, precise on detail, and great customer service skills.
Experience: 1 year’s minimum experience required at Michelin star level, English language essential, and EU Settlement Status required if applicable.
Career Development: The successful applicant will be provided with a competitive salary based on experience with the possibility for promotion.
Rest Days: all day Mondays’ & Tuesdays’ plus Sunday evenings only, relevant during – January, February , May, March, April, October, November, December.
