Sales Assistant
About the Role
Glenmore Properties is looking for a driven, motivated and confident Sales Assistant to join our team.
The role will involve dealing directly with buyers and vendors, arranging and conducting viewings, responding to enquiries and supporting the sales team from offer through to completion.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, target-driven and focused on getting results. You should be confident speaking to customers, following up leads and taking the initiative to progress opportunities. The ability to maintain momentum, overcome issues and get deals over the line is important.
We are also looking for someone with the ambition and drive to take this opportunity and help move our sales department to the next level. You will have the opportunity to make a real contribution to the growth and success of the department.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
- Responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Following up with potential buyers and progressing leads.
- Supporting the sales team with transactions from offer through to completion.
- Negotiating with buyers where appropriate.
- Proactively chasing outstanding enquiries, offers and sales.
- Promoting properties and helping generate new sales opportunities.
- Keeping customer and property information accurate and up to date.
- Managing appointments, daily tasks and follow-ups.
- Working closely with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Taking ownership of opportunities and doing what is required to progress sales and get deals completed.
- Identifying ways to improve sales performance and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

A minimum of one year's experience within the property or estate agency industry is preferred. A full UK driving licence is also preferred.
