Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Domestic Assistant to join our team and contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming environment. This role is vital in ensuring that our facilities are hygienic, comfortable, and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to support our community’s needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across various areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents or clients to address their needs or concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe environment for all occupants
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with team members and residents
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
