Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per year (depending on experience)

The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and repairing commercial coffee equipment across your designated area. You'll work independently while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission and set up commercial coffee equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of machines.
- Diagnose faults and complete reactive repairs, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible.
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide operator training on the safe use and cleaning of equipment.
- Manage and maintain your van stock of spare parts.
- Complete all job reports and associated documentation accurately.
- Work closely with colleagues and support the wider business when required.
- Participate in a 1 in 4 weekend rota (Saturday and Sunday).
About You

- Strong electro-mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Desirable
- Previous experience servicing commercial coffee equipment.
- Previous field service engineering experience.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Willingness to travel.
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
- 3+ years' experience in Field Service, Technical or Electro-Mechanical roles (preferred).
