Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Doncaster, with opportunities across the firm’s Lincolnshire offices
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 09:00 to 17:15, Monday to Friday

A well-established law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing commercial property team in Doncaster or one of its Lincolnshire offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 years PQE or more in commercial property to join a supportive team and manage a varied commercial property caseload with a high level of autonomy.
You will work with a broad range of commercial clients on a variety of commercial property transactions, developing long term client relationships while also supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions

Advising commercial clients throughout the property transaction process

Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy

Building and maintaining strong, long term client relationships

Providing high quality legal advice and excellent client service

Working closely with colleagues across the wider legal team

Supporting, mentoring and developing junior members of the team

Managing deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently
About You
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will have:

At least 5 years PQE experience in Commercial Property

Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
-
Experience managing a varied commercial property caseload

Excellent client care and communication skills
-
Strong time management and organisational skills
-
Good IT skills and attention to detail
-
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
-
A collaborative approach and willingness to support junior colleagues
