We are continuing to grow and are looking for experienced, reliable and safety-focused HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our Transport Team based in Port Talbot.

The Role:
As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting and tipping materials safely and efficiently across the UK. You will represent Runtech professionally while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally.
- Loading, transporting and tipping materials nationwide
- Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Complying with Drivers' hours and Working Time Regulations
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Completing all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately
- Working closely with our transport team to ensure efficient operations
Essential requirements:
- Full UK Driving licence
- HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Minimum of 1 years' Class 1 driving experience
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Driver CPC Qualification
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (For insurance purposes)
- Good understanding of Drivers hours legislation
- Excellent reliability and timekeeping
Desirable:
- Experience operating bulker or coiler trailers (training will be provided if required)
- Experience working within a haulage or industrial environment
