Summary
We are seeking an Agency Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our mission forward by leading projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions tailored for dental practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of compelling digital marketing campaigns in the areas of meta ads, PPC, SEO to meet with the client KPIS
- Lead weekly client calls/meetings
- Ensure the project management software is up to date with all tasks relevant to the client and chase on due dates
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to foster a positive and collaborative environment
- Send and analyse weekly client performance reports
- Analyse market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to foster collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client services or account manager role in a marketing department or agency environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent project management skills - organisation and attention to detail are key
- Analytical and curious nature
- Adaptable
- Digital Marketing knowledge and experience is preferable
